1. Overview & Acceptance

Welcome to ORANGED (https://oranged.store). By accessing our website, browsing our vintage streetwear catalog, or placing an order through our checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Vintage Nature of Products (1-of-1 Garments)

All jackets and garments sold on Oranged are curated vintage or pre-loved 1-of-1 pieces unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Each item is handwashed, sanitized, and inspected prior to cataloging.
• Natural wear, distressing, sun fading, or minor vintage marks are documented in the product condition description.
• Sizing measurements (e.g. boxy fit, pit-to-pit, length) are provided on each item listing. Customers are advised to review sizing specs before purchasing.

3. Pricing & Payments (Cashfree Payments API)

All prices listed on Oranged are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Online transactions are processed securely via our payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments.
• We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and major Digital Wallets.
• Full payment is required prior to order dispatch. Orders will not be shipped until payment status is confirmed by Cashfree.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer Pan-India Express Shipping on all orders. Standard shipping fee is ₹50 per single item. Orders with 2 or more items qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Orders with 3 or more items receive a Secret Free Gift (worth ₹300).

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery timeline is 3–5 business days depending on customer location and courier coverage.
• Tracking details will be shared via email and SMS once the package is dispatched.

5. Intellectual Property

All imagery, logos, branding assets, custom photography, editorial text, and website components are the exclusive property of ORANGED. Reproduction or unauthorized use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
