REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Transparent policies for cancellations, returns, and Cashfree payment refunds.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the package has not already been processed or dispatched.
To request a cancellation, email co.oranged@gmail.com or send a direct message on Instagram @oranged.store with your Cashfree Order ID.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled in transit.
2. Refund Process & Timeline (Cashfree Gateway)
When an order is successfully cancelled or approved for a refund under our defect guarantee:
Original Payment Source
Refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method used during checkout (UPI account, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) via Cashfree Payments API.
Processing Timeline
Once initiated from our dashboard, refunds typically reflect in your bank account or wallet within 5 to 7 business days (depending on your bank's processing cycles).
3. Vintage Condition & Damage Guarantee
Due to the unique, 1-of-1 pre-loved nature of vintage clothing, items are sold in their stated condition as described on the product page. Minor natural distressing or vintage fade documented in product notes is not considered a defect.
If your item arrives with an undisclosed major defect (e.g. broken main zipper not noted, major tear) or if the wrong item was shipped, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photo/video proof. We will issue a 100% full refund or free replacement exchange.
